Potrebno:
Slanina 300gr
Crni luk 2 glavice
Peršun 1/2 veze svežeg peršuna ili 2 supene kašike suvog začina
Ulje 1 supena kašika
Slaninu iseckamo na kockice.
Crni luk iseckamo na rebra.
Svež peršun operemo i sitno iseckamo.
Uključimo rernu na 180C da se
Sve sjedinimo i promešamo.
Premestimo u kesu za pečenje i dodamo 1 supenu kašiku ulja i pola šoljice (50ml) vode.
Pečemo na 180C 10-15 minuta.
NAPOMENA:
Možemo da pripremamo i u tiganju, dodajući po malo vode ako da se luk ili slanina ne bi zalepili za tiganj i izgoreli.
